The creation

The "Bagad Osismi" was born at its Founding Assembly on Saturday 18 January 2003.

Spézet Village is historically an important place keeping the Breton culture. Thus the creation of a "Bagad" is logically in line with the preservation and modernization of our culture.

Created from nothing by some more or less experimented musicians, the early years have been devoted to an important training phase and to the investment to buy instruments.

The first competition

The year 2006 has been very important for the Band, because it took part into its first competition : Grade 5 Bagadoù Championship in Carhaix.

In 2007, the Band was qualified for the finals and will be 9th.
